Return and Refund Policy

At our company, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To accommodate these situations, we offer a return policy that allows you to return items within 30 days of delivery.

We stand behind our services 100% and are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their eyewear. If you experience any issues with your glasses or vision, rest assured that our expert technicians will follow up with you promptly. We’ll troubleshoot the problem to determine how we can resolve it effectively. If the issue is due to our error or a defect in the lenses, we will correct it at no cost to you, including free return shipping. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we never leave our customers behind.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Please be aware that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. The refund amount will be the original purchase price, minus a handling fee ranging from $10 to $20, depending on the frame and lenses purchased. Additionally, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. If the product was purchased with a promotional discount, the refund amount will reflect the discount applied. Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, including items marked as final sale, and gift cards. For those looking to exchange an item, please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.

We also offer a 1-year warranty on all frames and lenses against manufacturing defects. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. To claim a warranty replacement, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning the items to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns and clearly marking the return as "Return of Goods" to avoid additional charges. 

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, as the processing of custom orders may have already begun.
