Before you send your glasses
- Send your rimless frame with its current lenses attached, in a sturdy box with protective padding. Please don’t remove the lenses yourself.
- Your frame must be suitable for new lenses. If it is damaged, unusually delicate, or missing a lens, contact us before ordering. We check compatibility before production.
- For prescription lenses, provide your prescription and PD. You can upload your prescription in the builder, enter it manually, or send it later.

Yes. Choose “Keep my current lens shape” and “Keep my current lens size.” We use the lenses on the frame you send as our reference.
Can I change the lens shape or size?
Yes. Choose a gallery shape or a custom design, and select each lens’s width and height. Our team confirms the design works with your frame and prescription. Custom-design charges are shown in the builder.
How do I receive my free label?
Place your order and we’ll email your send-in instructions and a free shipping label for USA and Canada addresses. The free label covers sending your frame to us; return delivery is selected at checkout.
When will my glasses be ready?
Typical production is 6–10 business days after we receive your frame and all required prescription and measurement information, plus shipping. Special requests may take longer.
What does the CAD $85 price cover?
CAD $85 is the base own-frame replacement service price. Your chosen lens type, index, custom design, coatings, tints, and other chargeable options are added as selected. You can review the total before checkout.
